This is my first pair of selvedge denim jeans. I haven’t washed them yet but am eager to see the fades. The fit is great. I know the narrow leg is in style and elongates the look of the leg - good for shorter guys. But, because I have muscular legs, I tend to look a looser fit jean. These do that perfectly. I put a little roll on the bottom to show the selvedge coloring on the under stitch and to highlight my boots. These are a little bit expensive, but also my new favorite jeans. I don’t mind paying for quality that fits well.

Didn’t quite know what made these different until I wore them. The unique weave gives a different denim look. Fit is great & very little dye came away in the wash.

I liked the fabric very much, but minus one star because the legs were too baggy in the hips. They looked like clown pants on me. I've had the same issue with some of the other A&E (and other brands) offerings as well.
